Refund Policy

Maximum of our airline tickets, hotels, pre-paid car rentals; vacation packages and amenities fees are non-refundable after 24 hours of booking. Travel safeguard/protection plans are refundable within 10 days of purchase if travel has not initiated and you have interacted with our customer service center to abandon it. All terminations must be done over the phone only. We can receive refund requirements only if the certain required conditions have been met.

  • You have applied for a cancellation and refund with us and if the fare rules provide for cancellation and refunds;
  • We are able to secure waivers from suppliers to process this requested cancellation and refund.
